MATERIALS & CARE
The materials I use are sterling silver and paper. Silver surface can be either polished, satin finished or oxidized dark grey. There are various stages involved in the manufacture procedure and to the nature of these jewellery making and paper techniques, no two pieces are identical. The paper is hand processed and painted and there can be slight natural variations to the colours adding character to each unique jewellery.
The paper is sealed with a varnice for protection. So, the jewellery is water proof but not water resistant! I would generally encourage you to remove rings when washing hands as well as protect your pieces from sharp objects. Storing your jewellery in the box it was shipped in is a great idea. I create my jewellery with love, care and quality to remain durable and resistant through daily wear. However, heavy everyday use will require more frequent maintenance. In order to clean or bring the sterling silver back to it’ s original state, a silver dip may be used. Dip the piece fast in the liquid, rinse under cold water and dry well with a clean tissue. Please do not brush!
Some of my pieces are made with paperclay and oxidized silver. (Collections VOICE and ANASA) The paperclay is attached to the metal using a strong glue but if hit by a harder and heavier material the glue point or the actual paperclay part may be damaged. Keep in mind that the oxidation is a semi-permanent surface and will wear off over time and use, to show the silver underneath. Also it will come off with silver dip chemicals!
I will happily refresh or repair your jewels when needed. in that case, you will send me a photo and I will quote you a price and a time frame for the cost.
WEBSITE IMAGES
While every effort is made to provide accuracy in all depictions of my jewellery as well as the descriptions provided, slight variations may occur between the pieces depicted and those provided, e.g. images may not be actual size and not every device may display colours accurately, etc. Please refer to individual product dimensions provided for the actual size of each item.
ORDERS
If an item is in stock and available for shipping it will be sent within 2-3 working days. If an item is not in stock it will be made to order and the item will usually take 1 week to deliver. When the order is shipped, you will be notified. Please make sure that the postal addresses are accurate and complete to guarantee delivery.
COMMISSIONS
I enjoy commissions! If you would like me to make a bespoke piece of jewellery or have seen anything on my website that you would like personalized, please contact me with your idea.
SHIPPING
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies from 2 days to 10 days if it’s a custom order. Once the jewellery is ready to be shipped here are some estimated shipping times.
Greece: 1-2 business days
Europe: 5-7 business days
Canada: 10-20 business days
North America: 10-20 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-20 business days
Asia Pacific: 10-20 business days
I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose as well as on possible custom delays.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

This is is a ring size chart that will help you find the right ring size. One easy way is to measure the diameter of the inside of a ring that you already have and fits you well.
RETURNS POLICY
I really hope that you will love your jewellery but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, your items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt provided they are unworn and in their original condition. Please contact me if you have any problems with your purchase.
You are responsible for the cost and safe return of the item(s). Please make sure that the jewellery is carefully packaged and posted using a delivery service that can be tracked.
Returns from outside of the EU must be described as “Returned goods of Greek merchandise – of non commercial value“ to prevent them from being held at greek customs.
Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods. Your bank may take up to 7 working days to credit your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit.
